Customers continue to value QED ThermBoostTM as a premium solution for immersion burner galvanizers and Galfan® lines. Made from advanced carbon ceramic, these tubes deliver superior strength, thermal shock resistance, and heat transfer efficiency. The fine micro-structure achieved through slip-cast manufacturing increases dimensional stability, thermal conductivity, and effective heated surface area — boosting thermal output by up to 15–20% and extending service life.
