QED Insight^TM is a production management system designed to give clients Insight, through meaningful data, into their daily production of galvanized steel wire. Automatically log data for every stem of wire produced with indicators such as stem weight, length of wire, coating weight, zinc consumption (in conjunction with AutoCoat only) and many others for a superior product traceability. A dashboard, conceived for management level, can be accessed via the cloud for Insight into decisional indicators, complete with line, shift and daily statistics. Keep track of production with live updates on critical production parameters.
